STRAWBERRY HILL ESTATES
The opportunity to secure 5 home sites on the famous Strawberry Hill in Hull provided a unique design opportunity to capture outstanding ocean views. These individual houses were designed around the ocean views atop one of the highest points in Hull.

The contemporary style homes feature walls of glass in many rooms, as well as Jacuzzis positioned in master suites to capture the views.

ROSEWOOD ESTATES
Rosewood Estates is unique in both its luxury homes and location. All seven homes were custom designed and consist of 3,500 to 6,000 square feet. Braintree is a conveniently located and a highly developed town. The unique creation of 7 estate homes hidden away next to conservation land is a rare find in this area. Rosewood Estates feature some of the finest Braintree homes.

WHITMAN WOODS
This subdivision created 39 new homes in Whitman. Located off of Route 58 near the Whitman rotary on the site of former Clayton Farm property. Planning provided for the preservation of 4.5 acres of conservation land in the center of the development.

The homes are a combination of raised ranches and colonial styles. Attention to development and construction costs allowed a new community of entry level homes to be created. Whitman Woods was the largest subdivision created in Whitman in many years and quickly sold out.

CHERRY HILL ESTATES
This neighborhood features entry level homes consisting of colonial and cape styles. Cherry Hill Estates is comprised of 15 homes located next to the town forest and adjacent to Silver Lake in Pembroke.

Much attention was used in the design of the houses to create open foyers and comfortable living space in smaller homes. Many of the homes feature drive under garages and 3 to 4 bedrooms. The community is home to many young families starting home ownership.

CRANBERRY MEADOWS I & II
Twenty eight single family homes were developed around acres of cranberry bogs, ponds and streams. The natural setting was preserved by designing the residential lots and roadways to protect the existing conservation areas. The result was a collection of homes nestled around natural features to create a rural community in the country, and still only 10 minutes away from a major highway.

The colonial style homes feature two story entry foyers, 3-4 bedrooms, great room, designer kitchens and two car garages. Today this development is home to many families enjoying a small town lifestyle in a natural preserved setting.

As one of our favorite projects, Abington Square was built near the commuter rail off of Route 123. Abington Square consists of eight town homes, each with private decks and yards, with full basements and plenty of parking. The courtyard overlooks conservation land and plenty of space for walking dogs that are allowed of all sizes is provided! This project, being in walking distance to the commuter rail, sold out in 3 months of marketing!

At the corner of Central Street and Plymouth Street we created 4 single family acre plus lots. We built two custom 2,000 square foot colonials and 2 custom contemporary versions of the raised ranch. Each lot and home offered a completely different feel and all of the buyers enjoyed customizing their individual selections.

This custom built home was created on our clients dream lot on the highly sought after River Street. Each detail inside and out was carefully selected to compliment the land and surrounding homes. The home features a custom floor plan with four large bedrooms, extensive kitchen, oversized great room and a three car garage. We were also able to create a full walk out basement for future expansion of a bonus room!
